Acceptable use policy
Last updated 9 September 2026 · SynOct LLC
This applies to everyone using TitanDash and anyone you allow to use it. It forms part of the terms of service. If you are unsure whether something is permitted, ask first.
Workloads outside our scope
- Environments that store, process or transmit cardholder data. We hold no cardholder-data environment and claim no assessment against the card-industry standard.
- Protected health information, or workloads carrying a regulatory regime we have not been assessed against.
- Bulk or marketing mail from our infrastructure. Transactional mail for your own application is fine when it is in scope; campaigns belong with a dedicated provider.
- Mining, distributed proof-of-work, or workloads whose purpose is to consume all capacity they can reach.
Content and conduct
- Nothing unlawful where you or your audience are.
- Child sexual abuse material is reported to the authorities and terminated immediately, without notice.
- No material infringing another person's rights — see the copyright policy.
- No threats, targeted harassment or incitement to violence.
- No malware, exploit kits, credential-stealing pages or phishing.
- No fraud, and no misrepresenting your identity or affiliation to obtain money or data.
- No non-consensual intimate imagery, and no personal information published to intimidate.
Technical conduct
- Do not reach for an account, environment or dataset that is not yours.
- Do not scan, probe or load-test infrastructure you do not control — including ours — without written agreement. Testing your own environment is welcome; telling us when keeps it welcome.
- Do not attack a third party from the service, relay an attack, or run command-and-control.
- Do not consume resources in a way that degrades service for others. Where a workload outgrows its environment we will tell you and quote the change rather than silently throttle you.
- Do not circumvent a quota, limit or authentication control.
Security research
Found something? Tell us at abuse@synoct.com with enough detail to reproduce it, and give us reasonable time to fix it before publishing. Do not access, change or take data that is not yours, and do not degrade service while testing. We will not pursue a researcher who works within those limits and reports in good faith.
How we respond
Reports go to abuse@synoct.com. Usually we contact you, describe the problem, and give you a defined period to fix it. Where harm is active — an ongoing attack, a live phishing page, malware being served — we may suspend the affected service first and tell you immediately after. We suspend the narrowest thing that stops the harm.
Suspension does not remove your right to a copy of your own data. That right and its window are in the terms of service.
