Privacy notice
Last updated 9 September 2026 · SynOct LLC
SynOct LLC operates TitanDash. This covers information we hold about you as a customer, and information we handle on your behalf when the panel manages a server for you. Those are two different roles.
What we hold about you
- Name, business name, email, and any postal or telephone details you give us.
- Your account, the servers you named, and the correspondence between us.
- Billing records: what was invoiced, what was paid, when.
- Authentication and session records for the panel.
- Server logs — requesting address, time, path, status, user agent — for security and fault diagnosis.
We use this to provide the panel, bill for it, keep our accounting records, and answer you. We do not sell it and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
What we handle for you
When the panel manages a server, that server's contents pass through our systems. For that material you decide what is collected and why; we process it to deliver the service you asked for and for no independent purpose. We do not read the contents of your environment except to do the work you asked for, to investigate a fault, to respond to a security incident, or where the law requires it — and then we take the narrowest look that answers the question.
Who else is involved
- Infrastructure provider. The public tier runs on third-party infrastructure rather than hardware we own, so your environment sits with that provider.
- Payments. Card details are collected and held by our third-party processor. We receive a confirmation, the last digits and the expiry — never the full number.
- Mail and support tooling. Correspondence with us sits in our mail systems.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that did not become accounts: up to twelve months.
- Account records: the life of the account.
- Billing and tax records: seven years, because we are required to keep them.
- Server and security logs: ninety days on the live systems.
- Your environment's contents: the life of the service, then the export window in the terms, then deletion.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to a particular use. Depending on where you live you may also have rights to portability, to restriction while a dispute is resolved, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Write to legal@synoct.com and we will respond within thirty days. If we cannot do what you asked — usually because a record must be kept for tax — we will tell you which reason applies.
Security
Access to customer environments is limited to those who need it, authenticated individually, and logged. Data in transit is encrypted. We hold no third-party audit certification and do not claim one. If an incident affects your information we will tell you what we know, what we did, and what you should do — while it is still useful rather than after it is tidy.
