Terms of service
Onboarding only · No live payments · Customer activation pending.
Last updated 17 September 2026 · Launch availability clarification · SynOct LLC
These terms govern the TitanDash panel and any service SynOct LLC provides with it. They apply from the point you complete checkout, and they sit alongside the acceptable use policy, the privacy notice and the copyright policy.
1. What you are buying
A subscription to the TitanDash panel for the servers you name, at the price shown at checkout, billed in advance for the period stated there. Current launch availability: public onboarding is an enquiry only and does not create a subscription, payment, license, or server-access permission. Stripe remains in test mode and customer activation is pending. Payment alone does not promise immediate activation. What is included is what the pricing page listed at the time you bought it.
2. Availability
Standard accounts carry no availability commitment. We publish no availability figure and offer no service credits for interruption on standard accounts. Where an availability commitment is required it must be negotiated, written down, and priced before it applies. We depend on third-party infrastructure, and interruption originating with a provider is outside our control.
3. Fees and cancellation
Card details are handled by our third-party processor; we never receive your full card number. SynOct LLC is the seller of record and appears as such on your statement. Prices exclude tax unless stated.
You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate a period already begun. Prepaid periods not yet begun are refunded. Where we end the service for our own reasons, we refund the unused remainder.
4. Your responsibilities
- Keep your account and billing details current.
- Keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you believe they are exposed.
- Hold the rights to whatever you place on servers the panel manages.
- Stay within the acceptable use policy.
- Keep your own independent copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Backups we take are operational — they exist so we can restore a service we run. They are not a substitute for your own retained copy.
5. Your data, on the way out
On cancellation, and for thirty days afterwards, you may request an export of your content and data in a commonly readable format. We will not withhold that export over a billing dispute. After that window the environment and its contents may be deleted, and we will confirm when they have been.
6. Suspension
We may suspend or end service for serious or repeated breach of the acceptable use policy, for activity that endangers the platform or other customers, or where the law requires it. Where the law and safety permit we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it. Suspension does not remove the export right above.
7. Warranties and liability
We will perform the service with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, and so far as the law allows, the service is provided as it is, without further warranty including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Neither side is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or goodwill. Except for your obligation to pay fees, and for anything that cannot lawfully be limited, each side's total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Where a change materially reduces your rights we will give you at least thirty days notice, and you may cancel within that period without penalty.
9. Law and notices
This agreement is governed by the law of the State of Delaware and the federal law of the United States. The parties will first try in good faith to resolve a dispute directly. Written notice to us goes to legal@synoct.com; to you, the contact address on your account.
